Design your own safariHow pricing works
Four things set the price of a safari
Party size
The vehicle and guide are yours alone, so their cost is shared across your group. Per-person prices fall noticeably at four or six travellers.
Lodge tier
Comfortable mid-range lodges, tented wilderness camps or five-star suites. Same route, same guide, different nights.
Season
The green season (April, May and November) can save up to 35% on top lodges, with fewer vehicles and lush landscapes.
What’s included
Transport, guide, park and conservation fees, full-board stays and game drives are all in the quote. No surcharges later.
Booking
Why book direct with an Arusha operator
We own our fleet, employ our guides directly and hold full licensing from TANAPA and the Tanzania Tourist Board, so there is no foreign middleman between you and the people who run your safari.
What is included in the price?
Every itinerary includes a private 4x4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof, an English-speaking driver-guide, all national park, concession and conservation fees, full-board accommodation, bottled water on game drives, airport transfers and 24/7 support while you are in Tanzania.
Can I change these itineraries?
Yes. Dates, pace, group size and lodge tier can all be adjusted. Use the safari planner or message us and we will reshape any route.
How far ahead should I book for the migration?
For the Mara River crossings (July to October) and the Ndutu calving season (January to March), the best-placed camps fill six to nine months ahead. Booking early secures camps close to the herds.
Can I add Zanzibar to a safari?
Any mainland itinerary can finish with a short domestic flight to Zanzibar. We arrange the flight, transfers and a beach stay that suits your budget.
